Issue with checkin - unable to find to self checkin. Same happened to check out. Needed to be sorted by staff. Staff were very friendly, apologetic and helpful. Super king bed too large for room as the person sleeping on the right side had to climb over from side or bottom. Bed firm. Room basic with iron ,coffee, tea in corridor

Got great rate through Expedia for an inside room (no window), cost less than a taxi home. Loved the hotel, compact room was well designed, no frills but a great option for a one-nighter. Liked the communal coffee station by the lifts, such a good idea. Nice bar/cafe area, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was nice, and the setting downstairs was a vibe. The room itself is small but has enough space. The only thing I wasnt a big fan of was the bed itself. Not really comfortable and the pillows are super thin. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of the coffee machine by then elevator and super close to the city centre

No sleep.

Clean, tidy and good location. However, sleep was basically a struggle in the room we was in. Every time someone flush the toilet, had a shower etc you could hear it from the waste pipe in the corner of the room that’s not boxed in or sound proofed. Also had some lovely guest at 2am knocking at the door and running down the hallway at 2/3am. Which i know the hotel can’t control. Also, heat expansion in either the pipework or waste pipes was continuous loud knocking. Shame as everything else seemed good about the hotel, but sleep is the main reason you’re staying there.

Great location, poor phone service

We were given a disabled room (we hadn’t booked this) which meant the room was bigger than normal for wheelchair access. Room booked stated king room but said “double bed” however it was a king bed. Comfortable bed although I went from hot to cold throughout the night I think due to the polyester bedding. Bathroom was a wet room which was fine but the shower was stuck at knee height unless hand held. This was a little odd. Only complaint about the hotel was the lack of phone signal and poor WiFi. It was a complete dead zone for me. I would stay again. Great location.

Ideal Manchester City stay

Stayed here for music event at the Co-op. Parked in NCP 10 min walk from hotel, tram to Co-op Live 10 min walk from hotel. Lovely and clean. Liked the hot drinks facilities on each floor (not hot chocolate). Bed wonderful. Quiet overnight but bar lively. Gym facilities. Great location.

Staff at check in were very welcoming and helpful, didn’t end up staying the night due to change of travel plans, but made for a great base for a concert at the AO arena. Stylish and clean room. Will definitely be returning soon :)
