A bit tired but a reasonable place to rest your he

Excellent checking experience and very friendly and competent staff. Room ok, hard mattress and bathroom a bit tired. Towels feel like they’ve been washed a thousand times. Road noise from outside not sufficiently blocked out. Overall this is a lovely little hotel that’s near many things and has excellent staff. Just needs some extra care & attention.

Location was excellent with short walks to trains or trams, and a close location to museums, night life, and restaurants. Not the cleanest or in the best shape, but ok, and the staff was incredible! Very helpful and easy to work with. Good breakfast if you like coffee and croissants- the croissants were amazing!

This room is locally very centrally to the train station, restaurants and bars. The check in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious snd clean. The only thing we didnt like was being on the ground/first floor, the windows are just above head height, but buses are passing and stopping outside constantly

We have been here before. It got worse. The breakfast is included in the price, but it is only croissants and hot drinks, no fruit, etc. We had an issue with the TV, and the ironing board was broken. After we highlighted the problems were fixed. Lastly, we got a room in the lower basement with fake windows, so we had open lights all the time. I remember booking the room early, as my partner knew that he was going to Congress. Next year we are trying something else

Fab one night stay at this property. Perfect location & for tram network. Room was fab with added bonus of lush white company products in bathroom! Complementary coffee & croissant was a added bonus in the morning.

The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied.
