We requested clean towels twice. Never cleaned room. The room had a carpenter ant issue. The mattresses were lumpy. One waffle maker = long frustrating lines.

AVOID THIS HOTEL

Poor hotel named Marriott, the worst ever visited, very disappointment. At check in, we were informed that No cleaning service each day but one day on two. During our 4 night stay, no cleaning at all, even if we follow up and remind the front-desk. Limited breakfast opinions. Waffle machine only available on the week-end. Small pool ( capacity of 15), look bigger on picture. Mattress and pillows were too soft. No option of pillows. Hotel Not recommended.

I had to continue to bother the front attendant and ask for towels and toilet tissue. He was super great about it. I did not like that I had to keep asking for my room to be cleaned are fresh towel my linens didn’t get changed entire stay. I was booked for a 4 day stay I left Friday night at 7:00 pm after my conference house keeping still hadn’t came in pulled trash are fresh towels are anything I asked staff in hallway they said that was yesterday room turnover and they didn’t have additional towels and rags to give me. I have never stayed anywhere I had to keep asking for room turn over.

The front desk clerk saying I can pay her 50.00 to get into one of my rooms early and could not get second room. I paid in advance for 2 rooms side by side...but that didn't happen either. makes no sense to me.This was a family trip .. but could not be next to each other .However we were across from each other.
