We booked this hotel due the close proximity to the airport and the fact that they offer a shuttle to the airport. However, when we arrived, we found out that they don’t start shuttling people to the airport until 4 AM. Our flight was at 5AM. They told us not to worry about it, that the ticket counters don’t even open until 4 AM and we will be fine. However, I called Southwest Airlines and they advised otherwise. They said that their counter is open at 3:30 AM and we should be there at 3:30 AM. When we arrived at the airport at 3:30 AM, ticket counters were open. Because we did not get the free shuttle. We kept our rental car an extra day, which cost us an extra $40. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy. I was happy that the shower had a removable wand.

Staff is extremely friendly. Shuttle service is quick and convenient. Room was good. Guests were loud in the halls late into the night. AC unit was extremely loud. I woke up each time it turned on and off.

Hotel was clean and just what we needed for girls weekend. There was plenty of parking and the staff was great. The hockey team that was there ….well the kids were rude and ran up and down the halls at all hours of the night.
