Very relaxing

It was perfect, clean, nice, friendly, makes you feel welcome. Stuff amazing, ALL of them. The only thing was that the TV wasn't working, they've tried to fix it but didn't manage.

Clean & comfortable, but a little basic at points

The hotel is modern and well maintained; the rooms are clean and provide all necessities - though no luxuries. The rooms specifically for disabled guests are well thought out, with bathrooms that have excellent facilities for wheelchairs. The dinner menu is rather short (though better than when we stayed last year); breakfasts are good but not exceptional - the cold buffet is fine, but the cooked food again rather basic: bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns and scrambled eggs, but no mushrooms, tomatoes or black pudding. Overall, don't expect luxury, but it's more than adequate for a short stay.

The room was great . Clean ,great shoer and comfortable bed. Staff helpful and friendly. However, missed having tea and coffee facilities in room .As nice to have a drink first thing in a morning, without having to get dressed and go downstairs. Also ,although large selection at breakfast the scrambled eggs ,sausages and hash browns weren't great . Overall enjoyed our stay though

The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The hotel was very clean and had very good security. The bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed except tea making facilities but we knew that was the case and came prepared. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

The Property, staff and amenities were perfectly fine. However on booking in, there was a payment notice on the computer asking for payment which had already credited too Expedia on booking the accommodation. I had too show proof of payment, before being allocated my room, which was a tad embarrassing as there were 4 other customers stood waiting and witnessing this. Things didn’t improve at checkout as the receptionist had a ‘halt checkout and said sting payment was required before I could checkout. The Staff on both booking in and out said it was an issue with Expedia and I shall not be using the site again for any future services.

Me and my daughter stayed for one as we were attending a gig at the COOP live arena, what a lovely stay we had, staff were lovely, seemed interested in what we were doing etc.. room was lovely, really clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed, will definitely stay again
