The room was amazing. Very roomy, beds were very comfy and we had a seperate shower and bath. The whole hotel was very clean. Lovely staff and the breakfast was great. They even catered for Gluten intolerance ❤️

Another lovely stay - couple of points to note

Check in staff efficient and friendly. Left our luggage prior to afternoon theatre performance then returned to check in. Adjoining rooms perfect for our group. Rooms clean and comfortably furnished. A little warm through the night and unable to change heating. In room tea and coffee not well stocked. Breakfast staff welcoming and fair range of foods to choose from. Coffee machine latte had a smoky aroma and harsh taste as if the beans were over roasted.

The room and stay was generally good. Room was clean, but the bathroom and carpets could have been cleaner, especially after they had just been cleaned. Air conditioning worked. TV did not work on the one occasion we wanted to utilise it, their was screen burn and remote didn't work. Staff were amazing and dealt with me and my friend group who were staying at the hotel very nicely. Room key cards reset daily. Only issue, being accosted by event staff who refused access to hotel without us showing our room keys.

Lovely one night stay at the Townhouse. Nice large clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, slept so well. Great bathroom, nice to have a bath and heated towel rail. Very central hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The Townhouse Hotel in Manchester is a fantastic stay. It is very close to St Peters Square and Manchester Oxford Train station for easy transportation. The service was good and the staff very friendly.

Whilst the property looks clean and tidy, the price point isn’t reflected in comparison to other hotel chains such as Premier Inn. The hotel itself was cold and air conditioning unit could not be run all evening due to the noise it made. Unfortunately we were also on the side next to a night club that had queues outside until past 2am.
