Welcome to this spacious studio designed with both style and comfort in mind.
You’ll love the natural tones, soft colors and wooden details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A modern wooden screen elegantly separates the sleeping area, which features a cozy double bed, while letting in natural light. The living area offers a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, opening onto a furnished balcony with open views over the hills and lush greenery.
The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine…) allows you to cook just like at home. The bathroom is fresh and modern, with a spacious walk-in shower.
You’ll also have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and free private parking.
Best of all? The large outdoor pool (open from mid April to mid October) and peaceful landscaped gardens of the Cannes Marina residence—a landmark building nestled between the marina, the beach and the city’s vibrant amenities.
Please note: restaurants at the foot of the residence and supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
