The 80sqm main house features an open-plan kitchen and living area with fireplace, flowing onto a spacious veranda with handcrafted cement dining table for 12—perfect for long lunches overlooking the vines. Two bedrooms offer peaceful retreats with countryside views.
The detached 15sqm trullo (traditional domed stone dwelling) is an intimate hideaway with working fireplace, staying naturally cool in summer. The 25sqm Dependance overlooks the pool and vineyard, featuring a desk for remote work, ensuite bathroom with local cementine tiles, and a relaxing bathtub.
Outdoor Living:
