I was only there for one night for business, but it was wonderful! Staff was great! Location is convenient to a ton an including Javits Center and Penn Station so it was perfect for my needs. Food was good and areas to eat in the lobby and patio are pretty and plentiful.

The Good, the bad and the recommendations..

Check in: They had me check'd in earlier than my chk in time (I was just a little sorry I had to wait for a room upon arrival). The person who checked me in was lovely. I appreciated the text communication option. Rooms/Lobby: Rooms and beds were VERY small. You don't want to spend any time in your room. Luckily the Lobby space is very nice and has all sitting options you may need/want. Bar: We appreciated the 2 complimentary cocktails the Hotel provided. The Bartending Mgr, was nice welcoming and fun. Complaints: Rooms & Beds (too small). Extra charge for 'City View' was misleading. They should truly only be called 'high rise rooms'. had I known the view I would not have paid extra for that. Another complaint upon check out was that I wanted to tip the Bellhop holding our bags and i was unable to obtain change from the Front Desk , Concierge or the Bar.

We arrived to Ny from va early and was able to get a early check in. This location is not far from food and Times Square. Room was a bit smaller then expected but work. Nice lobby with green house n two bars with one complimentary drink and they have food as well.
