Clean , modern, great staff , good location.

It’s been modernised. The Junior Suite isn’t a suite by any standards but it is very clean and very modern. The front desk are a delight to deal with This is my go to City Break hotel now.

It was great value and quick cab ride to anywhere in the city. The cafe food was too sweet or too salty for me. I paid for everything online, including breakfast. The online site asked for my children's age and I entered it, so I assumed all breakfast was paid for, but when we went to eat breakfast, they charged me for my eldest child (10 yrs old) which confused me.

This property offers spacious rooms and upscale room amenities. This would be an ideal "first stop" for families visiting the Philippines who are still finalizing their in-country travel plans. It is close to the city's entertainment, dining, and shopping districts, but transportation is required to get there. Room WIFI service is robust enough for typical social media requirements but could be a challenge for bloggers and those who require high-speed data transmission.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels around Quezon but in terms of value for money and staff support this has been the best by far. It’s a new hotel and the facilities (gym, pool etc) are excellent. For me it couldn’t be more convenient, just a short stroll to Edsa. Great breakfast, it even has a passable restaurant and I hope they can maintain both the building and the superb customer services.

I am unsure whether the water supply is safe. One day, the water turned dark brown, and I'm not certain if it was tested to confirm its safety. The staff simply suggested running the water for 15 minutes until it returned to clear.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - This hotel steals money

CAVEAT EMPTOR Book Ardenhill at your own risk. This hotel does not respect data privacy. They also make false charges to your card. The deposit and false charges that they promise to return upon checkout, they refuse to return. It should have been a floating transaction or reversed upon checkout, complete with receipt. Instead, they email a falsified document stating a request to return, but never an actual confirmation. This hotel never issues receipts either. The hotel has a staff elevator, but their staff and workers use and holds down the guest lift for a long time at their leisure instead. This delays guests terribly, and leaves a foul smell from whatever chemicals they are using from maintainance. They never even apologised for all the trouble they caused. Check-in seemed ok, but the front desk clerks loudly chatted about overbooking right infront of our faces. Absolutely rude. Doorman doesnt even greet good morning. Shower wets the whole bathroom, even tho it has a cubicle. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear all the street noise and movement from other rooms. Breakfast had a number of choices of so-so food. The only good things are the location (close to restos and malls), and the hotel ground floor cafe staff were polite and attentive.

The team was exceptional. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, present and definitely accomodating. The food options were plentiful, absolutely delicious, and the service team attentive. We took advantage of the Chinese New Year pre fixe menu for the 5 of us. We felt right at home throughout our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family. We will absolutely stay at this property again.
