Room had a bad smell. TV was not working. I got transferred to a different room. But it' took a while, after few follow up.

The property is very convenient to NAIA, food and shopping. The only thing I can complain about is that they do not have face and hand towels considering it’s a US chain hotel where they provide hand and face towels.
