The location is central to shopping areas like Market Market and SM Aura. It is also a walking distance (if you love walking) to Bonifacio High Street. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only con is the condition of the room and bathroom. But knowing that this is a budget hotel it was expected. I’d recommend this hotel to those who are on a budget and don’t mind the crowds around the hotel.

Room was a bit smaller than other rooms. Filipino TV channels did not work or accessible. Overall, it was a good experience with housekeeping and bell staff assisting with my luggage storage and weighing my luggage prior to departing for the airport. Location was great as it was near Market Market where I bought my pasalubong for my trip home. Would definitely return here on my next vacation.

The room was very clean and the location was great. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The only thing I wish they had but were not included in the room were face towels and face tissues.

The room was ok to stay, sink counter has mold, bed was too worn out that when you seat on it or lie down, your body go down so deep in the bed, considering they said it’s only been 2-3 years open. Due to the mold they moved me to another room but found a live cockroach, good I was able to kill it. Shower floor overflows to the toilet floor. Breakfast was terrible, money went to waste for that. Takes forever if you request something from the housekeeping. Most of the time front desk is so busy, you can’t get through. Line at the lobby for front desk is always a long line. Long wait to check in and even for check out. One good thing about it is it’s cross the street to SM Aura and Market Market and close to BGC. I won’t go back and I won’t recommend. Too many people in the area.

Room is clean. Great staff. Cons: no washcloths and bath towels for the floor provided. Check out time was 12:00 pm but internet service was cut off at around 9 am. Still a reasonably priced place to stay in BGC.
