Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

The hotel was ok and the rooms not bad. But i was a bit turned off with the cockroaches in our room and the rat that ran across the lobby on our 3rd day there. Other than that the place was ok.

Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

Friendly staff. 1 Keycard is issued to each room regardless of the number of occupants. Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another. ..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. The explanation presented is absurd.That this is the new management policy.
