Front desk clerk was not so accomodating during the check in process. We arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning and asked if we coud check in early. The front desk informed us that we need to pay 1k pesos and we told her that we were willing to pay for it. She said that a room will be available at 11 AM. We followed up at 11 AM and we were told to wait for another 45 minutes. After the time for us to wait was finished we made another follow up and again told to wait for few minutes. At this point we already out of patience of waiting that is why the front desk clerk prompted her to check us in. Why did the front desk clerk checked us in since there were rooms that arw already available. We were not treated nice because the front desk clerk waited at the last moment to lose our patience.

I do not recommend this place, the pictures in the website are too nice but not in the actual. One of the staff has a terrible customer service. i asked for a room key since I forgot my key in the room and she asked me why I need a key? She told me to wait for someone for key assist however no one came and when I came back at the desk to ask for a new key, she told me that there is a fee for another key, what a shame. And only 2 towels in the room, and if you request another towel, there’s a fee. The bad reviews I read in the website are all true.

Rooms were big. Plenty of space for the luggage. But wall were a bit thin, can hear coughing from the other room. Location is ok if your intent is to go to the samsung theater. But otherwise its on the edge of the cbd.

Staff was very nice. Room was very dark. The room needed minor repair on doorknob being loose, cabinet hinges not closing correctly, some new caulking in the bathroom. I also did not like the shower design. After showering a part of the bathroom get wet because the glass partition did not extend far enough so water is able to get out. You also only get a bath towel here and no face towel.

Ramada encore was great. My stay in Manila was short but in my time at the hotel it was clean, quiet and had all the amenities needed. The staff was fantastic. All were nice and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Had a nice view of the city. The area nearby was walkable to shops and food. There was a brewery and noodle place across the street. Although I did not utilize, there was a restaurant and bar at the hotel as well I was told. I did not use the parking, so unsure to review that, I did not see a lot, but there were spaces in the front driveway available. Hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport. I would certainly stay here again and plan to when I return. I would recommend.

The hotel was very clean. The rooftop dining was a bonus. The only negative review was the shower water wasn’t hot enough. Overall a very nice stay for one evening.
