everyone was very helpful and seems genuine in their desire to please or satisfy so wonderful customer service. i love the location too and just across the mall. there is a rooftop pool and there is breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee.

the bathroom rug is not being replaced everyday. the sink has some solid dirt on it that we need to wash it off and it is clogged. It drainned so slow. The bathrobe that we left at the bed still on the bed . It should be replaced or hang at the closet. The guest elevator landing needs to be vacuum and the hallway needs to be retouched.
