The lobby makes a great first impression; modern, grand, and inviting⊠but that feeling fades as soon as you head to the guest floors.
The hallways feel more like an average condominium than a hotel, and while the room is spacious and initially looks neat, the details tell a different story. Several fixtures were broken, the bathroom door wouldnât close properly, and the bed was extremely worn-out. Even the bedsheet didnât look or feel fresh, which was disappointing.
Because the hotel shares the building with commercial establishments, the elevators are often packed and the overall environment is noisy.
They also provide only one room key per stay, which becomes inconvenient if youâre traveling with someone and need to come and go separately.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to different malls.
Given everything, itâs not surprising the hotel doesnât have the best rating.
