Nestled in a private property of 2hectares30, 2kms from Beuzeville (all shops and supermarkets, ...), a Norman farmhouse of character, charm and authenticity, 180 m2.
23kms from the beaches of Trouville-Deauville, 12 kms from Honfleur and 15kms from Pont-l'Evêque.
Very quiet, bucolic, sheep in the pasture, frogs in the pond.
Various fruit trees on the grounds, cherry pear and ornament, plums with blackberries in the woods ;-)
Ground floor:
- entrance, toilet
- large well-equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people
- living room with a large beautiful fireplace
- dining room, table 10 people
First floor:
- 4 rooms (including 2 with corner washbasins) with twin beds
- 2 bathrooms and a separate watercloset
Garden furniture (table for 8 people), barbecue
Internet, TV, hi-fi system, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwaves ...
Animals tolerated according to their education and sociability with sheep.
Smokers also tolerated... except in the rooms!
