I booked and paid for a king size room in advance I checked in went to my room which was dirty was given another room in which the heating/air didn’t work and it was a double queen not what I booked or paid for came down to breakfast the next morning and their were ants all over the spoon and spoon rest which they were serving eggs got breakfast elsewhere was told my stay would be discounted which it wasn’t was told they had a hot tub which they do not staff is obviously not very knowledgeable and housekeeping is very lacking several people complained about their rooms being dirty the icing on the cake was they put up a big banner with balloons appreciating the housekeeping staff seriously
