Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in an outbuilding on the other side of the courtyard. Terrace overlooking a large wooded and enclosed park on the banks of the Saône (children are the responsibility of their parents). Children's games, pétanque court, badminton net, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Large swimming pool of 11 X 5 meters (depth of 1 to 2 meters), to be shared with the owners (free access from 10:00 [hidden] to 5:00 [hidden], children must be accompanied by a responsible adult).
