Great stay of 4 days with my family. We had a suite and needed a crib for my daughter which was there waiting for us when we arrived. We even arrived early and weren't able to let them know but they had the room ready all the same since they new the flight times and accounted for that. Really great spot, just a bit of left over garbage and dirt in the bathroom but otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely place to stay. Paying a little extra to use the spa during our stay was really worth it. Loved a sauna at the end of the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well

Horrible!! I had to put 1 because there are no “0”. The worst hotel I have been in my life. Bugs on the bed. The building is falling apart. The first night I had to sleep in chairs because bugs came out flying out of the covers The smell of the bathroom as a public bathroom. They just spent money on the hall and the dining area. The rest is terrible. I THINK THEY PAID THE BE a 4 star hotel. In USA that is not even a motel. I have pictures and videos to prof this. Do not stay here

The hotel is located on downtown of Mar del Plata. Its no a good location for a peaceful vacation. They have Turkish bath and un acclimated poll but always was full of people! Breakfast ok. Al the employees were very friendly.

The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly. Spa is kind of grounded with locals using it as a club and the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning in each room instead the vent is controlled by the front desk and it’s very very unpleasant. They finally ended up by changing us to another room that have a private air conditioned. Location is good and food too. Very clean in every area. Good massage in the spa. Prepare to show your passport and ticket so you can not pay the taxes. They are kind of persistent about that subject. Generally good service and we did enjoy the entire experience.
