The host was very accomadating, we had a couple of minor issues that were th]aken care of quickly. The pool was nice. Our only minor complaint was the amount of stairs, a bit inconveniant for a 74 year old fat guy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and in an amazing location. The dock offers access to a great current for fishing. The dock also provides access to the Gulf or Atlantic, depending which way you want to go if you have a boat. The management team is very easy to work with and even brought us a charcuterie board during our stay. The wrap around decks are wonderful to sit on while enjoying the weather. The beds are comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable with a large tv. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies.

Beautiful property & great location

This property was perfect for our vacation. Comfortable furniture in a well laid out plan. Clean, lots of wash clothes and towels and well stocked with toiletries. I would highly recommend this location with the beauty of the view and the central location in the keys. Great all around.

Very nice condo with great water views. Suitable for families with lovely grounds and swimming pool. Must be able to handle stairs. Great decks for enjoying the fresh air with your morning coffee. .

Enjoyed the dock.Only concern was the neighbor complained about her flowers being shaken by us using the stairs on the day we arrived. It appears that the neighbor is not happy about the place being rented out, but I would definitely still stay there again.

Riley and Mallory at Keys Ocean Realty are most helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the other rooms are comfortable. We love to sit on the porch and look at the boats and planes go by. We have not kept a boat at the docks but have fished some. The location couldn’t be better. We are close to main road, but it is very quiet at the condo. I would absolutely recommend this condo to rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was excellent! The unit faces off the gulf, but allows for both Sunrise and Sunset views. The property itself is quiet with mainly older residents who are full timers, but they are pleasant and welcoming to those who are renting. We spent most evenings fishing off the docks and caught many species of fish along with seeing manatees, dolphins and sharks. A great location set in the middle of the keys, allows for most beaches and main key attractions to be within an hour or so of the unit. There are two beaches within 10 minutes of the location. The unit itself is clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our 3 boys in the second bedroom. The pool was warm and clean as well. It is a great place to spend a week in the keys.

Change in Latitude was AWESOME!

This property was amazing! Inside- everything was clean, updated furnishings were great, had all the essentials and non-essentials you could hope for, even critter keepers for the kiddos hunting for lizards! Fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Friendly next door neighbor who lives there full time. The location- AMAZING. Gulfpointe II was beautiful- the proximity to the ocean, breathtaking views, the docks (just steps from the condo) were amazing to sit on and fish or just look at all the fish swimming by, and to watch the gorgeous sunsets. We were happy just hanging out on the docks- we saw nurse sharks, a manatee, lobsters, crabs, the most beautiful octopus, stonefish, sting rays, barracudas, parrot fish and so much more! And the fish were biting like crazy if fishing is your thing! It was the absolute best vacation ever for our family who just loves taking in nature like that! This was our 4th trip to the keys- first in Marathon, and now we'd never stay anywhere else. The proximity to everything else in the keys was awesome too. Amazing vacation. I give it 10 out of 5 stars. We will be back!

The wind didn't cooperate for launching kayaks, but that is on mother nature and no one else's fault.The view was wonderful. Access to the water within steps of your room. Fishing and lobstering right at the unit. Fishing was great off the dock. We saw sharks, manatee, sea turtles, octopus, lobster, and more. We caught many different species of fish from the dock and saw even more.The neighbors were all extremely friendly and so helpful. Everything needed for a home away from home was right there. The parking was spacious enough for 2 cars and a kayak trailer. There is a freezer under the unit for storing bait. The location is very convenient to explore the Keys in either direction. The pool was clean and very relaxing. There was plenty of room for out family of 5.
