Prepare meals in the modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a scenic pass-through window to the enclosed patio. Additional amenities include a large HD television, outdoor gas grill, cable TV, and high-speed internet.

Outside, the expansive backyard beckons with a unique 13 to 15-foot deep saltwater tidal lagoon, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. A 50-foot dock accommodates boats up to 40 feet, with kayaks available for exploring the nearby waters.

Booking Policies:

Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
