Fisherman’s Paradise

When we arrived all went smoothly. The home is beautiful and super clean. A trip to the grocery store and we were all set to enjoy this comfortable home in a great neighborhood. The dock handled our Jupiter 31 beautifully. There was plenty of room on the property to keep our long trailer. The swimming pool was a lifesaver and very clean. Michelle, Property Manager was super easy to reach when needed. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great property and location

We had a wonderful stay at Shanghai-La Hideaway. Well appointed home with a really nice pool area and dock. A quiet street with a very short walk to Sombrero Beach if you decide to leave the resort style pool. This is a really convenient location. The manager Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. Communication with her was flawless and she even texted updates about things going on in town that we may be interested in. We will be back next year!

Fantastic House

We truly enjoy our trip! This was our fifth year in the Keys and by far our favorite house! The proximity to Sombrero Beach and the pool was fantastic. Michelle was accommodating and very responsive. We will be back!!!

Great day

House was really clean stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils that you would need ice machine was a great plus short walk over to the park at Sombrero Beach little bit of traffic though on the weekend getting in and out, but was OK Publix right up the road. Plenty of room to park the boat just be careful coming in and out of the channel can get a little shallow sometimes. would definitely recommend this house.

100 percent enjoyed this home well done !!

This house was absolutely clean !! It was so beauitful! Plantley of room for all . We enjoyed our stay hear very much . Had a blast . Only thing I would say is the downstairs don’t lead up to the upstairs s u have to go out side and go up the stair to the upper level ! But it wasn’t a big deal !! The house is amazing the pool is absultley wounderful !!! I give this house 100 rating ! Thank you to the owner for having such a nice beautiful clean fun house to stay ! We enjoy Ed it so much

Great Stay

We stayed here for spring break with two families consisting of 9 people in total. There is plenty of space and the house is very well maintained. The pool area is fantastic and the property manager was great to work with. The only caution is the depth of the water a low tide if you have a larger boat. We saw less than a foot on our first night as it was a negative low.

We really enjoyed our stay this great house. It had everything we needed and more. Great location with easy walk to the beach and quick access to open water in the boat. Pool area was large and also well appointed. Communication with Michelle, the manager, was flawless from booking to checkout. We will not hesitate to rebook as soon as we can!

My family and I have traveled to Marathon, FL for several years. Of the five places we have stayed, this location was the BEST of 5. Patio faces sunrise...2 block walk to Sombrero Beach for sunset. Faces open end of channel. Beautifully furnished home, clean, and bright! Highly recommend. Thank you! The Conrad Family (5 travelers)

The home and amenities were great! The home has a dock for boat access and fishing if you choose. The beach is a short walk from the house. Property manager was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and responsive to me. We plan on returning, just plan for the noseeums during June!

Great Vacation!

We were in Marathon the first week of May, fourth trip down there but this was by far our best house and best location! Michelle greeted us on arrival and was available during our week if needed, she is the best! We will definitely return, such a great place!

Absolute perfection!!

Eight of us traveled to Marathon for Spring Break and booked this house. Everything about the house was perfect. The location cannot be beat. It was well stocked and appointed. The ice machine is a huge bonus. We are avid fishermen and used it every day. We had rented a boat, and the dock made it easy. The proximity by canal to both the Atlantic and the Gulf could not be better. Less than 5 minutes to the Atlantic and that is only because it is a minimal wake zone. Actual distance to the Atlantic could be measured in yards. Go out the east side of the canal, and there are three marinas for fuel and bait. Less than 10 minutes to the east side canal exit, and you get to fish the mangroves along the way. Exiting that side of the canal, there is 7 mile bridge and the Gulf. The property is also walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to Sombrero beach without the hassle of finding parking. I cannot say enough about how great the location is. The balcony is large and comfortable. It faces east so you can see the sunrise over the palms. The property manager was excellent. Very communicative and friendly. We could not have picked a better place to have a great Spring Break. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Close to the beach and grocery store:) The pool was really nice and was kept at a great temperature. Michelle was very helpful with recommendations on places to go and where to rent a boat. Having an ice machine and bait freezer was a nice added touch. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for us!

We stayed with family, 9 of us total, 5 adults and 4 kids with ages ranging from 9-14. This home was in the absolute perfect location. On a quiet street with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was amazing and kids were in it from the moment they got up in the morning most days! (We loved that it was a saltwater pool also) The fishing poles, kayaks and beach toys & chairs included were icing on the cake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. A 2 mile drive to the grocery store, and close to many delicious restaurants. Michelle was great to communicate with and very helpful. Would 100000% stay here again in the future! Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful Christmas in the Keys!!

We stayed at this property with our family for the holidays. It was impeccably clean and well supplied. The pool area was the highlight and was enjoyed by all. It would be hard to find a better location in all of the Florida Keys where you have Sombrero Beach just a few houses down, fishing and kayaks right off the dock, and 2 miles to Publix…it is in the perfect location!! The management company was very communicative and helpful. Overall a great experience and we all agreed we would love to stay here again!!
