Large villa 8 km east of Marbella with its 200 m2 living room, 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; 110m² swimming pool in a 6000m2 garden and panoramic views of the sea, African coast, Gibraltar and mountains; ideal location on a hill 2 km from the most beautiful beach on the coast, particularly quiet with no close neighbors; below the property 500m away is the golf course of Santa Maria; a sewage treatment plant has recently been built there along the golf but it is invisible from the house ;it may cause some passing odors according to west wind .

The house is located on a hill and offers panoramic views of the sea. It is completely surrounded by a green garden with lemon trees, olive trees, cacti and flowers. There is a large private swimming pool in front of the house; absolute calm and privacy guaranteed by the absence of direct neighbors.

The house is composed of 6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 independent terraces, one with barbecue; the arrangement of the rooms in 3 very distinct zones avoids any promiscuity in the house; we would like to point out that among these 3 zones 2 of them have 2 bedrooms which communicate with each other (you go through one to access the other, unless you go through the garden for one of between them, but each has its own individual bathroom)

There is a covered garage available for guests as well as numerous parking spaces at the entrance of the house on private land and an electric gate at the entrance to the property.

The villa is located 2.5 km from Nikki Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Del Sol. There are two golf courses within a 1 km radius and the Don Carlos tennis club is 2.5 km away; many restaurants along the beach.

All amenities including 2 supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), restaurants, pharmacy banks are within 5 minutes by car from the house.

La piscine est superbe mais…

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’architecture de la maison et sa très grande piscine ainsi que la proximité de la plage et la vue. Fernando nous a très bien accueilli et a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Cependant, la maison était assez sale et mal entretenue. Un frigo minuscule pour une famille, 12 transats mais 1 parasol, impossibilité de déjeuner dehors car aucun parasol pour la table extérieure, climatisation de la master room extrêmement bruyante et décoration vétuste dans celle-ci, pas de climatisation dans la chambre enfant, les chasses d’eau ne fonctionnent pas bien, le sol de la maison assez sale ainsi que les canapés tachés et beaucoup de moisissures sur certains fauteuils. La cuisine est étriquée et le matériel de cuisine est en mauvais état. Une alarme qui sonne toute la nuit impossible à éteindre. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Des piscinistes sont venus environ 7h durant notre séjour ce qui était assez dérangeant. De plus, nous n’avons pas été prévenu de la présence de caméras de surveillance à l’intérieur de la maison. En bref, sans la piscine extrêmement agréable du à sa taille et au fait qu’elle soit propre ainsi qu’à la localisation de la maison, nous ne serions pas resté plus d’une nuit. C’est assez dommage car cette maison pourrait être une vraie pépite mais malheureusement pas à la hauteur en terme de propreté, d’entretien et de confort pour les familles. .

Prachtige villa

Mooi huis onder architectuur gebouwd en de ligging is prachtig met uitzicht rondom. Dat er heel af en toe een minder prettig luchtje voorbij komt zweven van de waterzuiveringsinstallatie in de buurt neem je dan op de koop toe. Aanrader!
