Nouvelle maison personnalisée en construction qui sera achevée à l'été 2019. La maison aura 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain complÚtes avec plus de 2600 SF d'espace de vie intérieur. Chaque chambre aura sa propre télévision à écran plat. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux. 2 chambres auront un accÚs direct à la piscine chauffée / spa avec exposition ouest. La piscine et la véranda sont couverts par une clÎture blindée.

Le salon et la salle à manger s'ouvrent sur la véranda qui aura un grill et une télévision à écran plat. L'emplacement est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'accÚs public à la plage! La maison sera entiÚrement meublée avec des engins de plage avec un chariot de plage.

La maison aura l'air central, draps, laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser et WiFi rapide pour le streaming vidéo.

L'emplacement est à seulement quelques minutes de certains grands endroits pour dßner, y compris Sunset Grill (couchers de soleil incroyables!), Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Bistro Soleil au Olde Marco Inn, Fin Bistro, Ario et Chop 239. L'emplacement est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des magasins et des restaurants de la célÚbre 5Úme avenue de Naples.

Couldn't have been happier!

We've been to Marco before and this was our favorite place. The house is beautiful and the amenities are amazing and so thoughtful! We absolutely loved our stay! The beach walk is super short and we enjoyed seeing the owls and curly tailed lizards on our little stroll up to the water.

Beautiful home with perfect South Beach location and helpful owners! Took 6 minutes on foot to reach the beach and the Sunset Grill, and running around the entire island in a golf cart was a huge thrill for everyone in our group.

We absolutely loved everything about this home and location! The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed, The pool was warm and it’s just a short walk to the beach. We made use of the bikes, beach chairs and carts and BBQ grill. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back again.

Great Stay!

Property was as shown (with the exception of the bunk bedroom where the King bed was under a bunk). House was clean and was the most well equipped home we have rented. The outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit were great! Bikes, beach chairs, one umbrella and sand toys available for the short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and house towels.

Great location, New Home, lots of space!

Great location...no need to park your car at the parking lot because you cannot get much closer to the beach than Swan Drive! Easy walk, home has plenty of beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon and towels! Bedrooms are nice and spacious! Of course you are also close to restaurants that you can walk to! Owner is very easy to work with and there is a nice detailed binder with home information!

Great for family gatherings!

We loved our stay. The home was about a 5 minute walk to the public beach access. The layout of the kitchen and living space opening to the pool was perfect for bringing the family together. The community itself is pristine and we appreciated the family nature of the island.

Perfect Family Vacation

Short walk to the beach was an understatement. It was a quick 5min walk each way everyday. Even with a 3 year old, this was simple and easy. The house and pool were lovely with ample space and always a nice reprieve after a long day on the beach in the sun. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout the week whenever we needed to reach out about anything which was few and far between. There were enough bath and beach towels for everyone with plenty to spare. There was also more than enough beach chairs, carts, toys, and more for our group of 10. We would 100% stay again and recommend others to stay as well.

Family Vacation 2023

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was open & spacious. I loved how the doors opened up to the pool area. We all had a bedroom with our own bathroom. We all really enjoyed having the pool to swim in after being at the beach, especially the grandkids! They wanted to be in the pool as soon as they got up! Very close to the beach, shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

This property is perfect! The house is clean, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Every room has its own bathroom, which worked great for our family. The public beach is a short walk away and the pool/spa at the house was a favorite of the kids. Nate was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

Marco Island - Great Property

We had a group of 8 adults who travel together every November to Florida. This was our 1st visit to Marco Island. The house is beautiful and the property was well maintained. Lots of living space for a large group. Property owner Nathan was very responsive, very accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the property both before booking and while at the house. Location is great and they had ample beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a wagon to transport items to the beach which was just a few blocks away. The 4th bedroom, while it did have a king size bed, it had a bunk bed over the top which was not convenient for adults to maneuver in and out of bed. But if you have a family with kids that set up would be great. The kitchen was well furnished, only recommendation would be to have a couple of larger frying pans. The pool/Lanai area was perfect, hot tub heated up quickly. It would have been nice to have lounge chairs available but there was plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor area. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

"Our stay at this house was fantastic! From the day I reserved it, Nathan was in contact, answering my questions and offering his help. The beach was very close, and the pool was a big hit. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone, and the beach buggy made it easy to haul everything to the beach. The best part of it all was the location! We were within walking distance of the beach and all the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds if we didn't want to. Great time. We will return."
