Gut: Sauberkeit
We had a decent water view of Factory Bay and the marina. There is no beach here. We had to drive to one of the 4 public beach accesses and then had to pay to park. Since we have been to this community before, we were aware of this. The resort laundry facility assigned to this unit is small and not pleasant or the cleanest. The unit could provide more practical dishware like cereal bowls and plastic tumblers. Too much ornate glassware taking up cupboard space. Some window treatments, blinds, were broken and difficult to operate. The bathroom could use some updating esp the tub/shower, but water power was good. The hightop kitchen/dining table was uncomfortable as chairs did not fit the table. As well there were only 3 chairs. New sliding patio doors and other windows were new and nice. Plenty of bedroom closet/drawer storage.
