Achei razoável, quando cheguei com meu esposo o chão do quarto estava todo molhado. Sem contar que o nosso quarto ficava embaixo de um pé de árvore e foi a madrugada inteira caindo como se fosse pedira no telhado e nos assustamos a noite toda. A piscina é muito pequena. Não oferece o conforto que pregam

Sinceramente, não recomendo a ninguém! A pousada estava muito cheia pois eles realizam um Day- use no horário do check-in a piscina estava muito cheia a de pessoas, e ao final do dia estava tudo muito sujo. Fiquei hospedado no bangalô número 42 e o mesmo estava com mal cheiro de urina de gato, também achei o local inseguro e por fim na hora do check out o computador da recepção não estava funcionando e fiquei esperando mais de uma hora para poder ir embora! Muito frustrante, nas fotos parece ser uma coisa mas na a realidade não condiz. Café da manhã muito fraco!

Gostei do ambiente, funcionários, principalmente do Binho, super atencioso. Não gostei da limpeza, pois não foi feita nenhuma durante os 6 dias que passei. Tomadas não sinalizavas. Sai no prejuízo do meu secador, mas voltaria, pq meu filho gostou bastante. Só que precisam melhorar na questão limpeza e café da manhã.

Paraíso!!! Local para relaxar e ver o tempo passar

Adorei. Recepção logo na entrada. Tem vários cantinhos para casais. Espaço para criançada correr. Café da manhã simples, mas atende às necessidades. No quarto, faltaram toques extras: tapetes na entrada do quarto e no chão do banheiro. Uma cortina seria interessante. A paisagem é linda e compensa qualquer detalhe. Adorei. Pretendo retornar.

Alguns problemas mas vale a pena

Pousada localizada num local incrível! Pra quem gosta de natureza, muito verde, e o cenário com a lagoa é maravilhoso. Porém diferente da descrição, fica distante das praias, a menos que esteja disposto a dirigir. No dia que fomos foi um domingo de feriado, estava super lotada e percebemos a falta de estrutura para dias agitados. A cozinha não dava conta de tantos pedidos, tivemos que esperar mais de 1h para almoçar. A recepção nos deu assistência, mas era nítida a correria por conta da superlotação agravada também pelo "day use" que eles oferecem. Não gostamos do equipamento de som na piscina pois para um ambiente de contato com a natureza o som natural já é suficiente (pássaros, plantas, águas) Os quartos são amplos e limpos, porém tivemos mosquitos a noite inteira, que pra quem tem alergia a insetos será desconfortável. No mais, eu recomendo pelo custo benefício, vale o descanso e rende belas fotos.

A pousada não passa o que tem nos site.

O sinal da televisão ficava saindo do ar constantemente, o ar condicionado não aceitava o comando do controle, minha esposa tem sinusite e não poderia ficar com o ar no máximo que gelava muito, e com isso tive que desligar a energia no geral para poder dormir bem, sem que a minha esposa passa-se mau por conta do frio. E o local estava com aspecto de mau cuidado. Porém no atendimento eram atenciosos.

Pousada está em péssimas condições!!!

O local onde nos colocaram foi terrível! Cama muito ruim, velha e com cheiro forte de poeira e palha. Lençóis velhos e travesseiros mofados e malcheirosos, fronhas rasgadas!!! Pedimos pra trocar de quarto. Porém o problema não foi resolvido, além dos colchões serem velhos e malcheirosos o ar-condicionado não funcionava e fazia muitíssimo barulho. Eu me arrependi profundamente de ir para essa pousada. Não existe nenhum conforto. O local é mal cuidado, não sei os outros quartos, mais as duas suítes que reservei para ir com a família, foram decepcionantes!!
