Please avoid at all cost.. i booked this apartment for a 3night stay. My flight landed in Austria Vienna at 22:00 and i arrived at the apartment at 23:00, the instruction on how to get in to the apartment was sent to me via a link in a text message. To get in i had to enter a pin but i tried several times but the door was locked so i could not get in through the doors. There is nobody there to help no contact number that works.. i was left outside the apartment and didn’t know what to do.. so i called ebookers and they helped me get another hotel close by a 10min walk.. it took me 2hours to sort out another accommodation with ebookers.. please avoid booking this place.. its in a dead area too.

Mitten in der Einkaufsstr. direkt an der UBahn Zieglergasse. Bus 13a zum Hbf. ebenfalls nah.

Great service, very welcoming.. good location.. gave us a room in very short notice, if let us stay extra 2 hours after check out.. the guy Michael at reception was very helpful.
