A stunning three-bedroom house nestled in the heart of Market Rasen. Recently renovated in March 2025, the house is perfect for families visiting Lincolnshire or for contractors working in the area.
The property features an inviting & spacious living room, with french windows that lead out to a beautiful, low-maintenance garden. The living room is modern, warm & comfortable, & has all the amenities you’d need, including fast WiFi of 67Mbps & a 49” Smart TV (with Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer etc).
Leading on from the living room is the kitchen, which is fully fitted with gas hobs, oven, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, plates, pots and pans for cooking, as well as a range of utensils and cutlery. It also has a washing machine and dishwasher with all washing detergents provided.
The property features three bedrooms, the first offering a super king sized bed which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and the second two rooms featuring double beds. The property also has a baby crib upon request.
The property is over two floors with the ground floor hosting the kitchen, living room and downstairs toilet, and upstairs hosting all three bedrooms, along with the bathroom that has a shower over bath.
There is onsite parking on the drive for one vehicle and plenty of free parking on the street outside.
Access and check in is via a key box directly outside the property.
There are ample restaurants and coffee shops nearby, such as the March Hare which is a local favourite. The beautiful Willingham Woods are nearby and a must to explore, as well as the Wild Pines Park, one of the largest outdoor adventure parks in the UK.
If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee.
