Modern exterior, disaster under ther modernization
"Had a really bad experience starting at the check in desk. We arrived at 6AM today for a reservation starting yesterday to find out that our reservation was cancelled because we did not show up. This was after us calling and confirming that we would be checking in the next day and receiving proper confirmation that it's OK. Took 45 min for them to figure out their system. While waiting we noticed a rat running across the dining area.
Enter the room : sticky floors , noisy toilets (takes 5 min after flush to stop making noise ) , and god are the walls thins , not a second of peace. Feels like living inside a construction site. Paying 4k a night I'd expect at least a little noise insulation.
Only positive is everything looks good and modern. "
