For the price we paid to spend a night here, I thought it was going to be a much nicer motel. It was like stepping back in time. They are in need of updates, the bathroom especially. Although the room was clean, the light in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. The breakfast was mediocre. Again, for the price they charge, I was expecting more. The only thing that they have going for them, is being right on the water.

Nice property although dated, but for that price point, I would have expected a little more. Toiletries was one tiny bottle of just shampoo and sliver slices of soap. The towels felt like sandpaper and just lukewarm water from the shower. For over $250/night not much in the way of added amenities. Staff at checkout was not unfriendly but indifferent. A fire pit on this property would be awesome!

It was nice to be on the water and have access to some sitting areas. Very cute from the outside. This hotel was clean, but very outdated and in need of some TLC and updates. The breakfast and coffee offerings were very basic. We encountered two staff members while there and both were nice and helpful. If you are looking for a basic spot on the water to stay, this will suit you just fine. But be aware it is heavily outdated.

Last minute stay at this resort and we loved it. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice. The property is beautiful. Loved all the chairs by the water. Definitely will be back.

Great view + comfortable beds

Beautiful view of the bay and night sky. Close to Munising and Picture Rocks. The beds were very comfortable after a long day on the road.
