The hotel was okay, in line with a three star hotel. In a good location but the hotel is difficult to find. It is listed in the wrong location on google maps and we had to ask people for help. If you look for the signs for Riad Tzizwit you will be better off.
Wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The location was perfect for being near the markets but I was mostly surprised at how quiet it was. Very peaceful and relaxing.
The riad was very pretty and it was in an excellent location very close to the Marrakech square. The staff members were all extremely kind and helpful; they answered any question and gave me helpful tips on how to navigate the city. Lovely stay.
Les points forts : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
The staff was very kind and accommodating, made sure we got everything as we wanted it. The breakfast was good, you eat outside so bring a jacket if you plan on going during winter season. The rooms felt clean, had heating ac which was a must. A bit of a slow draining shower and a leaky faucet but nothing to dramatic. Very very beautiful place and so close to everything of interest, the location is their top aspect. 1 minute drom fna square đ
Lovely Riad with lots of charm in a very central location. The staff offered us a warm welcome and accommodated a very early breakfast for our departure day.
The room was charming and perfect for two people. The only small hiccup was the shower drain which was incredibly slow - I thought the shower might overflow.
Beatiful riad with incredible service from all of the staff there, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The inclusive breakfast on the roof was fantastic, we used this everyday. I had a massage during the stay which was amazing. Would completely recommend.
We found it difficult to find when first arriving so Iâd recommend setting your maps to âLa Pergola rooftop jazz barâ and itâs just on past this at the end of the street.
The staff are so kind. They arranged for a walking tour and gave us a lovely welcome with mint tea and a tour of the property. The property is located inside a busy market and close to restaurants and entertainment. Close walk to the medina. We had dinner at the French bistro next door and it was fantastic. The riad offered breakfast on their roof terrace and it was amazing. The stairs are challenging for folks with mobility issues, but otherwise the property is fantastic. Would love to stay again.
Clean road, friendly welcome, complimentary cookies and water on arrival; soap, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer available. Good breakfast on the rooftop or restaurant downstairs. Free WiFi. They are cashless. City tax collected at the checkout.
This Riad was really nice! Super quiet and clean, it felt like I was the only one there. The staff were super helpful and kind. The doorman at reception even carried my luggage out to the main square for me when I checked out super early in the morning.
Great location, easy to find from the entrance in Jemaa El Fnaa. The rooftop was really nice as well to chill in.
My only comment, is to avoid eating dinner here. I found it to be really expensive and overpriced compared to other better restaurants in Marrakesh.
They charged a city tax fee on top per person per night which was not included and hotels.com should have stated that in the final bill so there was hidden fees
Staff are very keen to sell you excursions.
The first day i had to find someone at reception to bring coffee/breakfast at the stated breakfast time and the second day i skipped it entirely after waiting for half an hour.
The shower, like others have mentioned, has no curtain or door so everything gets soaking wet
However, good location and clean rooms, although basic
Was bit disappointed by the breakfast very very little !!!! we had to have breakfast on the top roof and it was freezing 2 degrees in the morning and it wasnât cheap what we have paid !!!! was very expensive and not easy find the Riad even though itâs very close to the al FANA square only 3 mins walking !!! but the staff were so nice very helpful all of them especially ABD SALAM ,,,, canât remember the other names but they were all amazingly great .
they should have sleepers in the room but overall was okkk & nice city and nice people
