Recently built, the villa features a fresh, well proportioned interior furnished with taste and functionality, that includes a large living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom. All on one level, this cosy house comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside the villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, whilst the beautiful private pool is at the rear of the property. The location of Villa Rita is also ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.

Fint hus och härlig pool

Det var enkelt att hyra denna bostad och bilderna stämde väl överens med verkligheten. Rent, fräscht och gott om plats. Gångavstånd till närbelägen strand, och inom 5 min med bil kunde man komma till ytterligare härliga stränder. Även in till Marsala tog det ca 5 min med bil, att gå kändes lite för långt tyvärr. Allt som allt ett härligt hus och trevligt bemötande.
