A beautiful hotel with luxurious details, stunning views, and a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our overall experience was slightly affected by a few issues. We had an ant problem in our room, but the staff responded quickly and resolved it. We also experienced some problems with the room key and door lock. In addition, when we returned one evening, we found that our room door had been left unlocked after housekeeping, which was concerning. Despite these inconveniences, we had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and overall quality of the hotel outweighed these issues. I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.
