Great location but can be noisy. Small lobby with not a lot of staff. It made check in a bit chaotic. The staff was though accommodating and patient.

Good location to explore the port and old town. Clean property lovely helpful staff! We thought breakfast looked lovely but pricey for our budget but lots of delicious budget friendly options nearby. Felt very safe and comfortable !

Great hotel great location great service

The hotel is located in a great location near the port, near shopping, near restaurants, and a short walk from the train station. The service by all staff was OUTSTANDING! I would highlight Estelle. Every concern I had was addressed promptly to my satisfaction. The rooms have hardwood floors which I was happy about. However, there was a decorative rug under the bed. I suffer from allergies and it was a bit of an issue for me. I never told the hotel so it’s not their fault. I would recommend that rugs be removed since they collect dust, are harder to clean, and, in my opinion, do not significantly impact the aesthetic of the room.

That The property was at the center was excellent. Restaurants and shops were all walkable. However, parking was quite difficult, and loadong and unloading if numerous luggages can be challenging because the hotel has (understandably) no driveway.
