Overall a good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are comfy. Few minutes from public transport - easy access to the downtown area. The breakfast is a bit overrated in some reviews.

Bring your own toiletries but other than that good

Bring your own toiletries—the ones provided are super minimal. They also don’t provide supplies like cotton pads, cotton buds, the usual. Other than that the stay was pleasant. Good bed, good pillows.

Mauvaise gestion

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  15h un jour de match, malgrĂ© le fait d’avoir rĂ©servĂ© 1 mois avant nous avons attendu prĂšs de 45 minutes Ă  l’accueil afin d’enregistrer notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons eu une chambre qui Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  prise. On a dĂ» attendre encore 20 minutes pour avoir une autre chambre. Vide cette fois mais nous n’avions pas de clef. Nous somme donc partit Ă  17h pour aller au stade. À notre retour Ă  21h30 nous n’avions toujours pas de clef et nous avons encore attendu jusqu’à 22h. Nous en avions marre donc nous sommes parties manger. Au retour il n’y avais plus de carte disponible donc l’agent d’accueil a Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de nous laisser son badge personnel. Le personnel a fait son maximum nous les remercions. Nous savons que ce n’est pas de leur faute. De plus, nous avions comme indiquĂ© plus haut rĂ©servĂ© 1 mois Ă  l’avance. À notre arrivĂ©e nous n’avions pas eu d’accĂšs au parking car il Ă©tait pleins. Un jour de match Ă  Marseille il est impossible de ce garer nous avons tourner pendant quasiment une heure pour trouver une place Ă  presque 1km du lieu de l’hĂŽtel.. J’aurai aimer avoir au minimum un geste commercial.

TrĂšs belle accueil le vendredi soir , le parking et vraiment le bienvenue ( un peu cher mais dans l ordre de se qu il se fait autour) .La chambre et fonctionnel et propre , dans le thĂšme Écologie de cette hĂŽtel sa m’a fait plaisir de revoir une vieille chaise d Ă©cole ( mais le coup de vieux😁) manque peut ĂȘtre une bouilloire
