The hotel was easy to find. We were also close to restaurants, gas stations, fast food, and Walmart, which made things super convenient! The room was very clean and comfortable! Even the parking lot, hallways and common areas were very clean! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was open, clean, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was awesome, both mornings! We really enjoy our breakfasts when we stay with Holiday Inn but this one was fresh, hot, and they were constantly restocking as people came through! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else staying in Marshalltown. We will definitely be staying here any time we stay in town!

The staff was so kind and welcoming and this is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was very good and we visited around Christmas time, and there was a very cute hot chocolate station and all day coffee bar for people to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel!

The bed pillows were too hard or firm and it bothered my neck when sleeping. When we arrived, our check in experience late at night was not good. A couple of the USB plugs for device charging were broken. A couple of switches on the walls (one for the bathroom fan especially) were not functional. The clock in the room was an hour behind and we almost missed the breakfast the first morning we were there by the time we had realized it. Thankfully we got down there 6 minutes ahead of closing time and got the leftovers. The bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths were very rough and scratchy. Otherwise, the room was clean.
