The old farmhouse lies amidst an olive grove, on the slope of the hill where the town Martina Franca stands. The country house was renovated to a high standard and now houses three apartments that provide a high standard of comfort, but have retained their original atmosphere, reflecting the history of the house and nature.
The house is fenced in, but dogs must be kept on the leash. The shared pool measures around 4 x 5 metres and is open from April to October. There are also a solarium, a gazebo, a little table with a deckchair and an old restored barn, for shared use with the other guests. You have access to the garden with herbs and fruit from the trees. There are plenty of parking spaces on site.

It is possible to visit the various places with a bus service. You can find restaurants in the neighbouring localities (1-4km), while musical events and festivals ensure lively evenings. The house with the three apartments is 70km from Bari and 50km from Brindisi, where there are buses and a car rental services.
The property is an ideal place to relax and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Puglia landscape. There is a bicycle rental service and guided tours can be arranged along the cycle paths in the countryside and in the nearby Pianelle municipal park. The unique natural landscape with picturesque olive trees and Mediterranean aromas will ensure a pleasant stay.
This cosy flat is located on the first floor of the country house and is suitable for two people. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area and a cosy sleeping area, separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. The flat also includes a modern en suite bathroom.
