The staff was incredibly sweet. Everyone was in a great mood, said good morning and greeted us. Our room was very clean and the water pressure was great which is a true testament since I have long hair. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and overall we had a lovely experience.

The staff was fantastic! We wanted to thank JJ, Mary and Jennifer the cook. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome after walking around the casino all day. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The only suggestion I would have is to invest in upgrades to the rooms. The chairs in our room have seen better days:) but easily overlooked by the courreus staff. Thank you all.

Very clean rooms! The front desk staff is so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has ample options and everything is really delicious. There's coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours in a cute and cozy lobby seating area. The pool is the perfect temperature for a swim in November and the hot tub is awesome. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Harper's Ferry.

The continental breakfast that they provide was delicious and they had plenty of options. I stayed in a room with two Queen beds. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. No complaints here! This hotel is clean and very well kept.

Everything was great with one exception - the pillows. They just had no density. When you put your head on them, they just completely flattened. I used three and still could not get comfortable. Take your own pillow and your stay will be wonderful!
