Located right next to the port and the beach, this 33 m² studio apartment with a 13 m² terrace opening onto the residence's garden offers a pleasant setting for a seaside holiday.

It comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a sleeping alcove with a sofa bed, a bright living room also equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchen separated by a glass partition and a sliding door, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
