I arrived late night and the front desk attendant does not know how to five me muy reservation room already paid. He has to call manager by phone because i asked him. The a/c of the room never gets cold, it only throw air bit no cool and it was in cool mode. It was more fresh lobby temperature than the room. It has no elevator (told by front desk assistant) so if you have big suitcase you need to know that. I was second floor and has to take my luggage on stairs
