My room was not cleaned thoroughly when I walked in. There was trash in the bins, including the luggage tags from the previous guests. A used hand towel has on the bathroom counter, and the pillows were arranged in a way that looked like someone had come in and napped in the bed. House keeping may have been by, but they did not take the trash from the looks of it and it looked like someone had used the room after. I let the front desk know, and they offered a new room but the view was not as optimal. They had housekeeping come and provide fresh towels and replaced the bedding. Other than this first stumble, my stay was good. I enjoy coming to this hotel and want to come back again. I just hope this does not happen again.

The staff more like the guy from front desk. Got there trying to check in he said there was no rooms available had to wait 30mins after that a couple 10mins later checked in like nothing. I had a reservation. The guy looked down at me like I couldn’t afford to stay there.
