The property is great. Very nice hotel. Drury Inn corporate staff gotta wonder what they are thinking. Closing Sugarland and Woodlands locations and now McAllen. Leaves Drury only in the Dallas and San Antonio areas. Surprising with how nice the hotels are and the large population and great staff. Going to stop giving my business to them as closing too many locations in East and south TX.

Jacuzzi issues.

I book a Suite with Jacuzzi, so everything was good except the Jacuzzi that i was excited to use, because once i started to filled it up, it never did since the seal to the water drainage is damage and i couldn't use the Jacuzzi so basically i paid more but i couldnt use the full amenities.

Wonderful stay

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. We travel many times theiugh the year to visit our children and grandchildren. We have to drive far toi see our elderly moms who sometimes are vety ill. The hotel and our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we come to visit our family.
