The water pressure in the shower was poor, breakfast was the same, I asked 5 questions to the front desk and only one was answered the other answers were I don’t know. There was no water for guests to get besides the sink water I’m use to other Hampton s where they have water along side the free coffee.

Thr check in was easy and prompt. Rooms are clean and employees are courteous. Only hiccup was on day two our doors keys stpped working, had to go downstairs for them to reprogram and waited at least 10 minutes at the counter because nobody was there.

Clean room? AC didn’t get as cold as I like. Indy bed, shower. Breakfast was average as expected whenever it’s included with my stay. Good location. Not the friendliest or warmest front desk clerk.

Room was not clean as expected. When we open the closet, it was not even vacuumed. The carpet was dirty with some trash all over. The one thing hotel has to work hard on is cleanliness.
