This is my second time at this property. Love the Address hotel but sadly I will not be back. The receptionist made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable just because I look different. I found it very unprofessional that they would laugh and giggle in my face when I ask them a question. I have to make clear that it’s the receptionist team that ruined my stay, very immature and unprofessional. The other hotel staff (cook, cleaners, concierge) are beyond amazing and work really well. The hotel itself is kept in good condition and offers great service. It’s such a shame that my experience is ruined by the receptionist. Time to explore other hotels in the vicinity.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was bad, the bathroom was missing shower gel and lotion. The Ac was terrible although we complained several times. The bed sheet was not clean. Overall, the level of hotel has decreased since it opened.

I had a wonderful stay at Address Jabal Omar. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. High expectations but low

Upon checking in service was very slow. The man at the desk did not even go through breakfast times or where to find the breakfast. He did not explain or show me the way around the hotel. My luggage took over 2hours to arrive to my room after 3 phone calls to the reception
