My stay at Hilton Suites Makkah was truly memorable, primarily due to the outstanding service from the staff and management in Customer Service. Initially, I faced some disappointment with a duty manager who came across as cold and unhelpful. However, everything changed when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Atef and Mr. Yasser. Both gentlemen took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction completely transformed my experience. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful service from Rajab AbdulAziz in the breakfast buffet area, Khalid Mohammed at the entrance, and Mohamed Imtiyas from Concierge. Each of them greeted us warmly and consistently demonstrated excellent hospitality, making us feel valued throughout our stay. To anyone traveling from Canada or any other part of the world, I highly recommend staying at Hilton Suites Makkah. Make sure to connect with these amazing staff members—they truly make a difference.
