The Hotel is nice also the staff the only problem I have there the trip to Haram walking is very hard because it's going up mountain So it takes your energy , And you are going five times per day , It was excusing , And I told the staff about having a car or mini bus to drive the guests from and to the Haram . And the water doesn't have a good pressures For my self when I'll make my next reservation if I found out that they don't have transportation to haram I'll make it some where else .

Good hotel

Hotel is good and new but rooms are very small. The reception staff is not very co-operative.
