The hosting company is not easy to reach and responsive, even we speak Spanish. They are not customer service focused, we got a bed with very old bed sheets and took a lot of back and forth to make them dispatch a replacement. The property has not A/C, neither dark curtains in the living room to reduce the sun heat during the morning. I will not recommend this property to any international traveler. I forgot my iPod and they were negligent to accommodate to send those to me in Bogotá or wait for a courier to pick them up.The only positive is the location, the security team was very welcoming and helpful.
Stayed 4 nights in Aug 2025
