Beautiful Hotel and Best Location

Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup.

The property was absolutely perfect. Had an amazing time and the staff was more than friendly. Especially my waiter David, at breakfast, made everything worthwhile. seeing his amazing smile every morning brought an extra warmth to breakfast. If you’re going to Colombia a perfect spot to sleep party and be treated amazingly.

I would’ve given you a five star review however I stayed in room 605 the whole sixth floor was smelled like chemical from paint considering this is an Eco friendly hotel. I was shocked for two days. I had to smell this paint and it wasn’t regular paint either it smelled like acetone paint the staff for at least acknowledging apologizing, but still you lost my five stars. You really need to do something with Maintenance and whatever Painter you’re using it can’t possibly be OK in a close area like the hallway of the entire six floor please figure it out and fix it

Property was amazing-gorgeous, smelled good. Beds so comfortable. AC was confusing and we couldn’t get it right. Def a European vibe to the hotel. They have extra security at night and this made us feel safe. Pool was so serene and drinks/food there was 10/10. Only thing they could improve is the quality of the breakfast- there were a lottt of options and we felt the food was bland and coffee wasn’t good. Other than that no notes!
