Room was lovely, comfortable, spacious. Loved the fireplace & ceiling fans. The full kitchen was missing a silverware holder in the dishwasher & nothing to use to cook in the oven. Otherwise we had what we needed. Property was nice, well maintained- construction going on but we were aware. The wine bar was closed when we were there which was pretty disappointing since that was a huge reason I booked there. And no availability for a massage so make sure you book in advance! Staff was nice, helpful. We did not eat breakfast there. Hot tub and pool area were nice - hot tub was big, jets were almost too strong. Loved the provided robes.

Beautiful facility, pool and hot tub a real plus. Very clean comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we needed was in the room Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast with friendly breakfast staff The only negative I can think of is the surrounding neighborhood was unpleasant, not an area I would have wanted to walk and no dining within walking distance

We enjoyed a quiet stay in one of the suites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We had fun walking around the grounds and seeing a group of wild turkeys wander past.

I think after seeing the wide lens pictures, positive reviews, and cost of over $350+ a night, our expectations were higher than they should have been. All the photos of these luxurious sitting areas throughout the resort felt more like a furniture gallery and were all lumped by the check-in desk. Their were rust stains all over the exterior buildings and stairs. The outdoor furniture was faded and dilapidated. It just felt like someone put a lot of love into making this place, but then forgot to maintain it and started cutting corners to save money. I know we were warned that the hot breakfast was no longer included in the (expensive) cost of our stay, which feels pretty tacky, but they assured us we could enjoy the continental breakfast. That breakfast included a couple pastries, bread, and some yogurt. Honestly the chain hotels have better continental breakfasts. And the indoor dining area was filled with Ikea outdoor chairs... Our studio room was redeeming, at least. The giant 2 person tub, updated TV, fireplace, and comfortable bed were enjoyable. I just wish our view wasn't of a memory care facility on one side, and a bank and enormous solar panels on the other. The pool and hot tub were nice but not super clean. Understandable with an outdoor pool. The wine bar was a pleasant addition - great selection of local wines. Overall, it was okay, but SO not worth the cost. Next time we'll stay closer to town.

I love Lithia Springs and have stayed multiple times. It's just so peaceful and beautiful. Disappointed to find that breakfast is no longer included. Sad face.

Pretty and relaxing

This is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are lovely, the tub for soaking in our room was wonderful. The tea time on arrival was a nice touch. We didn’t stay for breakfast since the hot breakfast is $18 extra a person. However, we headed into the quaint town for food. I would definitely stay here again. I wish massages were available more often because we totally would have booked one but they aren’t offered Sunday or Monday. Overall, a great stay though.

Relaxing stay and perfect for the family

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family. Beautiful grounds and pool - the kids were so happy here. Enjoyed the little touches like complimentary afternoon tea and wine tasting. Next time we’ll request a room with direct access to the garden.
