Room was fantastic....very ciean, comfortable bed and we loved the jacuzzi. Fabulous breakfast which was included. Only problem was the tv wasn't working in our room and even though we went to front desk 3 times nothing was done about it.

Was disappointed with our check in. The room I had booked 3 months earlier was not available. The room assigned had an awful smell. No other room available until next day. The young woman at reception was very attentive and tried to find a solution. We were promised a discount and a room upgrade the next day (which we got). Breakfast buffet was disappointing and a lot of waste (bread and fruit individually wrapped in plastic, plastic utensils and cups, cardboard plates no recycling offered.
